I was able to get hold of Lexie this morning. As
Megan rightly stated I deleted her user profile
from the system. That resolve the problem with the
error message she was encountering.

I left a voice mail for Scott this morning and he
later return my called. I met Lexi who is the user
having problem with Microsoft excel giving an
error message when trying to lunch. But for some
reason it seems the problem have been self
resolve, She informed me that the error she was
getting earlier stop occurring. I asked her to
observe the machine and if it happen again I just
need a screen shot of the error message.

Dyl

The things I wanted to try with lexie is to see if she works on a
different machine will the issue happen again.

Also I think it has something to do with the profile on that
account so I suggest her making sure everything is saved on her
drive then delete the profile and recreate it by logging in again.

She is in between 8-10 tomorrow. You would need to
show up by 930 before she takes off.

Me and Claire went over to look at lexi's computer. She was
however not available to speak with. We did try to test the
problem by having someone else log in to the computer and
open up the forms that lexi was having problems with. However
the forms opened fine for this individual so we will have to go
when lexi is in the office. I suspect that the issue has to be with
her profile on that computer.

Hey Scott,

I've been having problems with my computer opening
Viking reports in excel. And it is just getting
worse. I used to be able to continue trying to
open the reports and it would eventually open. But
now, I have to save the report as .xls in excel
and open it to save as .xlsx.

I've compared all the settings with Raina's and
everything appears to be the same, so I can't
figure out what is going on. Raina hasn't had any
of these issues with her computer.

I'm only in the office from 8am-10am
Monday-Friday. Is there something you can look at?
Or should I call computing services sometime?

Thank you!
