Spoke with Lenore today about this setup. She will
contact me when they have some more space to get
this setup. She said that Scott has been really
busy with the setup and prep of the summer play.

I hope you are feeling better. I was wondering if
the copy room was ready for the new plotter
printer yet? Did you need any help with placement
of the printer? Let me know if I can do anything.

Are you around today for me to come by and take a
look at the setup that Scott would like? If there
is another network connection we can get both
setup, might be a little tight in the copy room.

Ok, then how about Limo II?  Limo is the other
large format printer that we will be phasing out.
 Speaking of which, I'd like to continue using
Limo as well until I run out of ink.  Where it
lives will depend on network connections though. 
It could stay where it is if there are enough
connections available, otherwise we'll need to
move it.

I have a request to setup and deliver a HP
DesignJet Z5200 for the Theater Department. ​Is
this printer going to be setup on the network or
just locally on a machine? Please let me know if
sometime next week works for this setup and delivery.

NEW EQUIP SETUP: A HP Printer needs to be setup and delivered to 
the Theatre Department, contact is Scott Grim. The WOU # of the 
printer is 20141305[Edit Inv]. The equipment is near the counter in ITC 008.
