Holli,

Yes it has arrived and we have properly
inventoried it and put it into Service Request
#57446 for the UCS techs to setup with WOU
software image and then get delivered to you.  I
am not sure when they will be able to do that but
they have you as a contact on the Setup and will
email or call to arrange the final setup and
delivery.  If you have any contact info to add to
the request like dates available or other phone
contacts(cell #?)  The Service Request desk at
(503) 838-8925 or UCShelpdesk@wou.edu can add that
to the SR#57446 for you.

  I see on the portal that the laptop I ordered
has been received (#7250).  I will be in and out
of the office for the next couple weeks so I was
wondering when it might be available for pick-up?

NEW EQUIP SETUP: A MacBook Pro needs to be setup and delivered 
to Holli Howard-Carpenter in NPE 208. The WOU # of the laptop is 
20140851[Edit Inv]. The new equipment is on the shelves across from the 
restroom in ITC 009.
