Moe from Xerox replaced the paper tray sensor 
module. The printer is back up and running.

I ran several test prints and could not reproduce 
the error again.  Chris will let us know if it 
happens again.  I will keep this ticket on hold 
for a week to see if it comes up again.

I cleaned out some small paper from the tray 
sensor.  I also swapped trays with the printer HL-
ef2.

The printer is asking for 8.5 by 11 inch paper.  
The user is selecting the right paper size, but 
the printer is not seeing the paper in the tray 
as the right size.
