Dale Goodell	Jul 06, 2015 11:47 AM	Poer-cycled printer. Printed successfully, then got same error. Power-cycled printer again with same results. Removed cartridge and re-inserted, power-cycled printer, sent test print; all seems to be OK. Suspect a sensor may be mis-reading something. Closing this task for now; they will contact SRD if this happens in the future.	Add Attachment

Katie Halvorson	Jul 06, 2015 10:03 AM	**This is an email** I think Donald, 20100809, had too good of a weekend or something. He seems to be on strike. He says he needs Magenta but when we add Magenta he says that it is Unidentifiable. Bottom line. Donald won¿t print. This is a heavily used color printer so we need to get someone over as soon as possible to take a look. Donald resides in Rm. 203 of the Cottage. Thank you. Jan	Add Attachment
