Closing this task.  She was using wireless with
her MacBook Pro, so I onnected a cable to the wall
jack.  I sent a job to the B&W laserjet and it
printed as normal.  She also requested access to
TRI-Color, and this was also successful.

her laptop needs to be connected to the printer
over in TRI 242. She called from ext. 88632 if you
