I was able to get hold of Sharon and look at the
printer at MNB110. I did a restart and the printer
requested a maintenance kids. Changing the kids
solve the problem. It work just fine.

Sharon would like someone to head over and take a 
look at the printer that is still malfunctioning 
over in MNB 110, reading the error message "User 
Intervention Required".
