Please contact and explain the following

They need to purchase a new waste tray bottle this
is a consumable item-this bottle normally comes
with the toner. Link below shows that the waste
toner bottle comes with the toner

Jeanie is having some issues with the printer 
in the NS 204 Lab, specifically receiving the 
error "Install Waste Bottle". Additionally, to 
access the printer whomever goes to check it 
out needs to stop by "Piper's Office" which is 
NS 121 to gain access to the lab.
