I was able to get hold of Randi and troubleshoot
the problem with her network printer. I realize
tray two had a faulty roller that is causing the
jam. I reconfigure the printer to print from the
first tray and it works just fine.

Randi just has a jammed printer over in Admin 302, 
has checked all the ports and it is still jammed.
