I believe I found the solution to the problem carmen is having. I 
need to bring the computer back to her to see if this solution will 
fix her issue or not. 

I left a VM letting her know about the situation. and that I 
needed to know a time that I can bring back the computer.

Carmen came in earlier today having issues with her screenflow installation. 
Telestream had advised her to upgrade but she was unable to. Shandelle and I 
installed OSX 10.9.5 so she could install screenflow 5. 

The installation completed and I went over to her office to help her with some other 
issues. She is able to record and save lessons but hasn't figured out how to add 
audio yet. She is very frustrated with this program and has asked for it to be put on 
high priority, and she will be coming in at 9 tomorrow. I will not be here so I've 
put this into Megan's tasks.
