Called Hannah and she said it was back up and 
working now.  She rebooted into safe mode and 
then shut it down for the night.  When she came 
in today it booted up fast and all applications 
have been responding normally.

Computer crashed again and it won't load again. 
It is at grey screen with a bar loading for the
last 45mins after she tried to restart.

She is in meeting across the hall but door is open
for someone to come take a look.

Hannah has tried restarting the computer 
several times, and it is unfortunately still 
stuck on the boot up screen. Her contact number 
is (88574), and she would like a technician to 
please head over and troubleshoot the issue.
