The problem may be the mobile accounts. It appears 
that she has one but that might be the problem 
anyway.

We have done somethings to try and get it to 
stop freezing. I haven't had it freeze on me 
since I have done some updates. You have two 
options now. 

1) We can return it to you now and you can test 
it and return it if there is still a problem.
2) We can do a clean install of the machine but 
all your personal data would be lost unless its 
on the H drive. 

Just let us know which you would prefer. I am 
going to be out of the office so could you send 
your response to the help desk 
ucshelpdesk@wou.edu.

It always turns into being busy without any
response until I shut down and turn it on again
since I receives it. Do you know how to fix it?
