I called Vicki and let her know that she cannot
remote in from her house computer to her MAC at
school. I told her if she wanted some network
drives from her computer we could install
VMHorizon client for her.

Hi Vicki,

We were just following up with you regarding a service request that 
we have for you.  (#57566)

Description: admin rights

We were wondering if we could schedule a time for a tech to come 
over and give you admin rights. Claire and I came over to your 
office yesterday to see what the issue was. We were able to fixed 
the other issues the computer was having when Zach was looking at 
it. We can now give you admin rights without having to bring the 
computer back to the office, but we do need to have you logged on 
to give them.

student techs was misspelled in the active directory. and the 
ucsadmin password was Li0nstigersNbe@rs, I updated the 
password and fixed the spelling of studenttechs. We need her to 
be in the office to giver her admin rights but it should be 
relatively straight to the point now.

I had to restart her computer to log into the ucsadmin profile.

My account is not an admin on her computer and I 
cannot access ucsadmin, so we need to bring it 
back to the office. She wants us to wait until she 
calls and sets up a time to do it, though.
