Another problem we are seeing here is that 
google chrome is showing a weird message while 
in the about page. stating "Updates are 
disabled by the administrator" but chrome is up 
to date. see attached

she has been trying to download this application
from " nacata.ksu.edu " and for some reason it
won't download. she keeps getting the wheel of
death. if you could head over there ASAP, she's
been needing this form for a few days now. Thanks!
