I was able to get hold of June and saw the printer
making loud noise. I brought it over to the office
 and Megan realize there was a card stuck in it.
Removing that solve the problem with the noise.

Whenever anyone prints to the printer, or when 
they load paper into the tray it makes an 
extremely loud and disruptive grinding noise.
