Dyl Karbia	Jul 15, 2015 02:14 PM	With troubleshooting done I suspected the power supply been faulty but unfortunately the issue was from the mother board. I swap a mother board from Dell 990 with WOU# 20101449 place into W20110831, everything work just fine.	Add Attachment

Dyl Karbia	Jul 15, 2015 11:09 AM	I was able to get hold of Suzanne and check the issue with her computer not loading up. With troubleshooting done on the system I realize the power supply is faulty. It just give a flashing yellow light and none of the peripheral in the computer was receiving power. We need to order a new Power supply.	Add Attachment
