Dale Goodell	Jul 17, 2015 10:45 AM	She had several versions of Java installed. Banner would not launch with any Java 7 version. Once I removed all older Java versions (7 and older), then installed the latest Java 8, Banner worked fine.	Add Attachment

Ryan Ripp	Jul 17, 2015 08:21 AM	Laura has just updated Java to the newest version on her computer, and it is now asking her to uninstall the older versions in order to continue use of her computer. She does not feel comfortable changing anything on the computer as far as uninstalling the older versions is concerned, and she would like some assistance in order to find out how to proceed.
