Hi UCS,

I am still using the loaner hard drive because I
don't have another computer at this time.  It is
my understanding that a laptop has been ordered
for me.  I don't know when it is due to arrive.

Thank you for allowing me use the hard drive.

a new one through her department for our

Nick,

I just returned from SLC and will be traveling yet again next week 
to Chicago for a conference.

I will be in next week, but not in time to release the loaner 
laptop.  May I still keep it?

My Director will order me a new computer, but this won't happen 
until the second week in August or after.

Is this okay?

Description: Error: 'No Boot Device Found'

We were wondering if you have had a chance to speak with the 
proper people on your end yet? If not no worries we hope the

I delivered the computer back to Amy she said she would be in 
contact with the person for buying a new computer. I told her 
she could use this hard drive until we have found the solution for 
the broken one. 

W#20131311[Edit Inv] is sitting on the top of my desk

I have swapped her hard drive from W#20131311[Edit Inv] for a 
temporary fix while she is gone and while the parts may be 
ordered. We I will let amy know that she needs to speak with her 
boss about what to do next be it getting another hdd/ssd and a 
replacement battery or getting a new pc.

her computer blue screened. I brought it back to the office to test it 
further but it seems that the hdd has failed. diagnostics didn't show 
anything wrong though. I am going to try a reimage of the drive.

her boot sequence was having the disc drive first. I re ordered the 
boot sequence to the hdd being first. this fixed the issue she was 
having.

Amy is having troubles turning on her laptop, 
as it is reading the errors "Media Test 
Failure" and "No Boot Device Found". She would 
like someone to go take a look as soon as 
possible, but she will be in her office until 
5:00pm today.
