I was able to get hold of Suzanne and realize her
windows needed to be activated. Activating her
windows solve the problem.

Good Morning,

This morning when I logged onto my computer a
window popped up that said I may be the victim of
a counterfeit windows.  Also, my desktop does not
have my picture on it like it did last week.  Just
thought I would let you know in case there is
something that needs to be done to make sure my
computer is secure.
