I was able to get hold of Amanda and she informed
me that the issue she was countering have been
resolved after changing the battery in the
keyboard and mouse.

I spoke with Amanda and asked her to change her
battery in both the mouse and keyboard.

Check her office but she wasn't around and she
need to change the battery in the wireless mouse,
keyboard. I will stop by and inform her.

Amanda just called in saying that she is leaving 
for lunch right now, but that the computer is open 
and unlocked if one of you guys would like to go 
take care of the issue.

highlighting randomly, typing in random places in
browser, mouse jumping around on screen. These
things are still happening with her computer so if
you could stop in today AT 12pm today to help,
that'd be great!

I was able to get hold of Amanda and troubleshoot
the problem she was encountering with her
computer. I realize she was using IE which is a
old browser. Did some browser update on her system
and switching to Firefox and that solve the problem.

Her wireless mouse jumps around and everything
seems to be running slow.  Her keyboard seems to
be a little delayed and when she gets on the
internet, it runs slow to respond to the mouse and
keyboard too.

She purchased these wireless keyboard and mouse
through purchase request.

She is around except from 2-3 today.
