Power cable on back of monitor was slightly
un-seated.  Re-seating power solved the problem.

She is going to leave the door unlocked for our
access.

Monitor is not working.  there is no light to the
power button and she checked all the cords.  The
monitor has no error and not responding to
anything.  The tower has power.

NS 116 is where computer is located.
