I will be going to TODD 202 at 2pm on August 6th
to run the serialization file for Acrobat DC since
the package install is not working... I have not
had time to update a better solution to the
T:Drive but hope to get that in place by end of
August.

I wanted to give you a status report on the
installation issues with Adobe Acrobat.  Tricia,
here at UCS, is working on a solution to the
problems with the installer; it sounds like there
are known issues with this process.  I'm not sure
yet when I'll be back to resolve this for your
setup, but when I know more I'll communicate with you.

Dale I have done some research on this and have
found a problem with the WIndows package building
of Acrobat installers I will be looking into an
alternative method for this in the next few days.

The installer stops at "please wait while windows
configures..." on the user's machine.  Everything
seems very slow.  As a test on my machine, the
installer also stops at this point.  I now have
"Adobe Creative Cloud" as an installed
application.  When running Creative Cloud, I'm
prompted for an Adobe ID or my email/password.  My
email and password don't work.  The Acrobat
application does not appear to be installed.

This is a serialized desktop install of the latest
version of Acrobat that is now on subscription.
Contact is Shelby Morgan.  
To install copy this folder to local machine: 
T:\Adobe CCE\CCEPackages\AdobeAcrobatProDC_WIN

and then run setup file under the
AdobeAcrobatProDC_WIN\Build folder
**Remember to delete the installer folder when done.
This will install and serialize Adobe Acrobat Pro
DC version for all users on this station.  They
are licensed for only 1 station install.
