Printer had been turned off.  I turned the printer
on and waited for it to go through the
initialization process.  Everything seemed normal
(the typical blank page, "cleaning/test (carpet
pattern) page and startup page printed normally. 
I successfully sent a test page.

The printer over in RA 109 is reading the error 
"Ink Bin Full" and not allowing students to print 
to it.
