She called back stating that she was very sorry to
put all of us through this but she found her case.
She said she would bring us cookies to make up for

She called back stating that she has looked in
both her offices and there is still no sign of it.
She reiterated that she remembered bringing her
laptop and case to the desk and leaving the case
on because it is hard to take off.

She came and picked up her laptop today, stated
that we had her purple case, I looked at the
cameras when she dropped off her laptop. We don't
have the case.

She called and does have her charger to her
laptop. She will be in on Wednesday(9/9)to pick up
her laptop. She was not sure around what time she
could make it here to pick it up.

She was supposed to have a loaner set up but there

Natalie is experiencing an issue where her 
mouse track pad is making loud crunching noises 
whenever she clicks on it, which she believes 
to be some type of broken layer of glass that 
is obstructing her ability to work effectively. 
She would like to know if this falls under some 
sort of a warranty due to the fact that the 
laptop has had this problem since she picked it 
up from us.
