they sent us the bottom of a 6500 and the top of
7500. called back to ask for a brand new machine

She called and asked about the status.  She is way
behind on scanning and was curious what was next.
 I just let her know the notes look like they are
getting a replacement.

Contact has been made with Epson via email to try
and get replacement process started they have
requested that a tech call them on the phone
before intiating an RMA I have given that
information to Megan via email and also a copy of
the proff of purchase/packing slip is attached

communicating; also "error" light is on (orange
solid).

this doesn't work for you.  You mentioned that you
need to move your computer; do you need assistance
with that as well?

NEW EQUIP SETUP: An Epson scanner needs to be setup and 
delivered to Juli Saurer in the Student Health and Counseling Center. 
The WOU # of the scanner is 20150014[Edit Inv]. The new equipment is on 
the counter by the computers in ITC 008.
