I called her and asked her how was the computer working. 
She said that the problem was only for few minutes and 
after she restarted the computer it's now working fine. And 
she said that we can close this SR.

I was able to get hold of Roxanna and she informed
me via telephone conversation that her machine is
responding well after the restart. I told her to
observe the machine and if he problem re-occur she
should let us know.

Roxanna was experiencing her screen freezing up 
while trying to do some work in MS Word this 
morning, and restarted her computer to try and 
fix it. It is now stuck on the startup screen 
where it asks to press ctrl/alt/del, however, 
whenever she types in her login information it 
just resets to the previous ctrl/alt/del 
screen.
