I was able to get hold of CM and resolve the
problem with outlook been offline. Did some
configuration on outlook and it work just fine.

Her outlook is acting weird and she can't get it
to come from out of offline.  She hits the button
and it still stays on offline.

She is in till 3 today and then gone for 2 weeks.
