I returned back her laptop and added her account as a 
admin. The laptop is working fine now. And she has 
some problem with the mail so the problem was she has 
10.10 installed in her laptop. She has the mail problem 
in her imac and iphone that is also done.

I have been using this laptop since almost 3 hours but it 
hasn't freezes and everything is working fine.

Linda said that on campus it works fine and off campus 
it starts the same problem again. She hasn't saved 
anything locally so I am erasing her user account and 
adding it again.

When she is working on her laptop, it freezes. It
will happen daily after she gets it working again.
 She will be working on anything and it will
randomly stop working.  

She is also having problems with her email not
permanently deleted.  She will be working on one
device and she will delete it and then it will
still be in the inbox with another device as if it
wasn't deleted.
