Re-installing office solve the problem.

I called Kjerstin earlier and we schedule an
appointment. I check her office and installed 
office 2013 on her machine.It works just fine

I was able to get hold of Kjerstin via phone. She
is available any time between 1-3pm today and
would like a tech stop by her office.

Hi,

This morning, I accidentally unplugged my computer
when it was running. When I turned it back on, the
computer gave me a message saying that it needed
to scan Disc C. I let the scan proceed, and my
computer turned back on.

However, I can no longer access any Microsoft
Suite software (Word, Publisher, Excel, etc.).
When I try to open the programs or related files,
I get an error message that says "This action is
only valid for products that are currently
installed." All other software is running normally.

Would love any help you can give me!
