Katie Halvorson	Aug 04, 2015 11:43 AM	**This is an email** Hi, This morning, I accidentally unplugged my computer when it was running. When I turned it back on, the computer gave me a message saying that it needed to scan Disc C. I let the scan proceed, and my computer turned back on. However, I can no longer access any Microsoft Suite software (Word, Publisher, Excel, etc.). When I try to open the programs or related files, I get an error message that says "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed." All other software is running normally. Would love any help you can give me!	Add Attachment
