Removed and reseated the maintenance kit and the 
printer was still making the same noise.

One of the workers, Emma, from over at the 
Reference Desk in the library just called to 
let us know that the printer in the 24-Hour 
Room was unplugged, and so she plugged it back 
in so that students could print. She noticed 
that it was making a loud grinding noise and 
would not stop, so she unplugged it.
