I changed all the cable and checked it but its not working 
and tried everything. The monitor seems to be broken. I 
bring it here to the office and John is checking it for 
warranty and to get a new one.

He can't get his second monitor to show anything.
 He's tried syncing them back up but the screen is
just blank.  It was working and now one screen is
just black and not showing anything.

He is around all day today.
