LeAnne and Susan:

After discussing this task with UCS management, I
can confirm that we can not work on this external
hard drive, as this is personal equipment.  It is
the policy of University Computing Services (UCS)
that we do not work on personal equipment.

I will bring the hard drive back to Susan this
afternoon.

We apologize for any misunderstanding concerning
this matter.

John and me were looking at this and she wants her 
External Drive to be working on both MAC and PC. 
When we change it to both readable format it won't 
copy files that are more that 6 GB. 
I did called her twice yesterday before leaving but the 
phone someone picked up and no one talked. 
To do any further things I need to ask Linda she will be 
back in her office tomorrow. I will contact her and do the 
further process for it.

Linda Cooke and her office mate(I can't remember
name! but not Susan) came by asking and wanting
personal hard drive.  I could not find a drive but
I did find this task but no update notes.  Please
come talk with me as soon as possible so we can
discuss the files she wants off drive  and the
formating options to make this drive compatible
with PC and MAC OS

Personal external hard drive is not connecting to
WOU computer.  The hard drive says it is plugged
in and has the light on but the computer doesn't
see it.  She tried googling the resolution but it
didn't work.  She needs the computer to read her
external hard drive.

She is in till 3 today.
