Her computer was moved in AD.  I uninstalled the 
driver and then Dave moved her back and I was 
able to run a test print from her box.

She called and wanted to know when someone can
come over. Her schedule tomorrow is open till 11.

Stopped by office, she is out for the day.  It is 
profile based so I need her logged in to delete 
printer.

I am re-opening this task due to the fact that 
Adry just called in saying that she is 
experiencing the same error with the printer not 
receiving print jobs as before.

Had to remove printer from Devices and Printer 
while doing a reboot on the print spooler.  New 
driver installed and printer was working.

Her print jobs aren't getting to the printer.  She
doesn't get any error and the printer says ready.
 She has tried restarting and still nothing.

Printer is in WUC service learning and career
development center.
