on -campus in her office and would like someone 
to go work on her computer before she leaves at 
noon. She would also like to be contacted 
before a tech heads over by phone.

This is a campus subscription license(paid for by
Student Tech) that will renew every year at the
End of July and require a new auth code for
faculty that have it installed on their local
computer(SPSS is also available on terminal server).  
Yesterday I downloaded version 23 of SPSS and
generated and updated the auth code for SPSS v22
and SPSS v23
end user can choose to use either version but an
upgrade installation will have to happen as well
if they choose to go to SPSS23.  

Service Request Desk tells me she was on campus
before I got in this morning and would like this 
done as soon as possible.  Please record her info
in text file under the version that is installed
and authorized for her.
