Adjusted the brightness on PrintKey 2000. letters 
were white so you could not seen the Banner 
printouts.  Turning the Brightness up made the 
text black.

Dawn's office printer is working fine overall 
except that she is currently unable to legible 
print screenshots. She would like to be advised on 
how to fix it.
