He called and would like to know when someone can
come take a look at this.  I let him know that I
will update the ticket and have someone give him a
call.

His Outlook says it is working offline and he has
tried restarting and turning it back online and it
just keeps switching back to offline and he isn't
sure how to get it going.


He is in all day today.
