Her user profile had apparently become corrupted.
 She had nothing saved to her desktop, so I
deleted the profile.  She was able to successfully
login and everything seemed to be in tact.

When she signs onto her office computer, it
doesn't load her profile correctly.  She doesn't
have access to any of her drives and the web
browser doesn't work.  And then when she gets on
another computer, everything loads like it should.
 She has tried restarting the computer and still
same issue.

She is around today till 5.
