AD and deployed.

I did the diagnostic and there was a problem with the hard 
drive so I bring the computer to the office 20110838[Edit Inv]. I 
updated it to inventory as UCS Parts.

NEW EQUIP SETUP: (GFA) A Dell computer and monitor need to be 
setup and delivered to Henry Hughes in HSS316. The WOU # of 
the new computer is 20130909[Edit Inv] and the new monitor is 
20130985[Edit Inv]. The WOU # of the old computer is 20110838[Edit Inv]. The 
new equipment is on the GFA shelf in the hallway.

Harddrive is readable, Sarah is creating a GFA 
request for this. Once its ready we will image and 
get it returned to Henry

Error on his computer when he turned his computer
on.  It says the hard drive is failing. He has
tried restarting and he continually gets the
message. He hasn't noticed anything not working,
just the error keeps popping up.

He is around today till 5.  Please call before
coming over just in case he is out.
