I was able to get the files from her old HDD. I have saved 
all the files. I will go and give it to her tomorrow.

I still have her old HDD, I am checking it if it works so 
that we can see if she has some files that she needs. I 
did asked her and she said that everything is on her H 
drive but also check once and if there is anything she 
wants everything to be a a flash drive and give it to her.

I forget to update it to AD and she was having some 
problem with I drive. Dave fixed that.

I did the diagnostic and it showed she had a bad HDD. So I 
took one of the HDD from a loaner computer 20111145[Edit Inv], did 
all the setup and took it to her office and changed it and 
bring the bad HDD back to the office.

It is still having the same problem this morning
and she needs someone to come fix this.  She is
around all day today.

She ran the updates when she came in and it took a
long time to start and about half way the updates,
the computer went blank.  She tried to wait and
nothing came back and she restarted the computer.
 The computer is running a repair mode for about
an hour.

She will let me know what the computer says after
it has been completed.
