motherboard is installed and computer is re-
imaging with NS_017_15 image.

Station 3 in NS 017 20130201[Edit Inv] will not power on.  
Power light blinks 2 then 3 times.  Power supply 
tests green.  

I put in a work order with Dell to replace the 
Motherboard (SR915633071).
