She thought the problem was happening when she logged on 
to medicat. Everything looked fine though when I was there 
and she was logged on (locally then again on medicat). 
Scanner was connected and able to scan. She will give us a 
call if it happens again.

She called in stating that her computer sometimes
wont connect to scanner wou#20120572[Edit Inv]. She would
like someone to stop by and take a look at it
whenever possible.
