LaRon needed help with a Safari issue, a 
scanner, and printing on both sides.

The other issues are resolved; now he can print 
double sided as well, but in Microsoft office 
products it defaults to single sided.  He would 
like it to default to double-sided

He will be in his office today from now until 2

He called in stating that he was unable to print
on both sides on the page when printing out of a
word document on his new mac. He is also having
trouble scanning multiple files onto his new
computer as well. He would like someone to stop by
today. He said he will be in his office most of
the day but to give him a call just to make sure.
