He called in asking if his computer could be
delivered to him today. I let him know that we
would do our best to get it there today. He ask
for someone to call him at 808-276*2011 and let
him know before you stop by.

Computer is completely unresponsive so we're just 
going to have to replace it. I emailed Andrew to 
let him know.

Running it in verbose mode is showing a lot of I/O 
errors, once it comes to a stop I will try to run 
hardware tests and disk repairs but it is likely 
there is a problem with the hard drive.

He called in stating that he entered his username
and password in the machine this morning and it
started to load and has been stuck on that screen
ever since. He tried restarting it but hasn't been
successful logging in. He is in the office most of
the day but his number is 808-276-2011 if you can
call him before you stop by.
