The two netbooks (mini-laptops?) were running
Ubuntu; they only had licenses for XP, which is
probably why.  The Vendini software didn't appear
compatible.  Nicole had another laptop in the
office that ran Windows that I recommended she use
for the ticket agent.  I checked back in later and
she said that would work fine for what they needed.

Hello,

I have two netbooks (20090248 and 20090249) that I
am trying to download the Vendini Ticket Agent
onto so that they can be used for our upcoming
athletic events, however every time I try to run
the down load, an error occurs on the device..

I'm not 100% sure that these netbooks have a
compatible operating system for the Vendini Ticket
Agent, but would like to update them so that they
do. If I could get some help some time today that
would be wonderful.
