I was able to get access to the room in Maaske
Hall where the printer is located. I replace the
fuser unit and some rollers in the printer. It
work just fine the only message it was give is to
low toner.

Hello Megan,
As per my voice message to you this morning, the
small printer in the CJ copy room MA 219 is
printing light in spotty areas.
A Faculty changed the toner however it didn't seem
to make a difference. Also when he changed the
toner he noticed there was 
a piece of metal that is bent in the toner area
and may cause bigger problems later.
If you are unable to fix the print issue today I
am out of the office tomorrow and all next week,
however Sue Denoyer will be in 
the office and can help you.
