Ran Malwarebytes (289 threats found and 
removed) and uninstalled some suspicious 
programs/plugins/extensions.  Updated, reset 
homepages, and configured default search on all 
browsers.  Ran general updates.

I let him know what I did and told him that if 
he noticed any other issues or if they came 
back to give us a call.

Task reassigned to UCS Tech.

He called in today stating that he tried to update
his adobe flash player and he now gets a lot of
pop ups and believes he may have a virus. He would
like someone to come down as soon as possible and
will be in his office the rest of the day and 8-5
tomorrow.
