Computer recognized connection but had no internet 
access; talked with Paul and we activated a new 
port to get her going again.

She called in stating that she didn't have
internet access and that she couldn't access her
"I" drive either. I asked her to restart her
computer and she couldn't get past the log in
screen. She would like someone to come down and
take a look at it as soon as possible.
