I stopped by verified the network and gave her 
admin to the computer.  She was not there, she 
does online classes and is only on campus on 
occasion.  I emailed with instruction on setting 
her password and for setting up her printer.

Hi~ I thought this task was complete, but it is not.

WOU # 20110135[Edit Inv], Todd Hall 337

The instructor, Roseann Kendall cannot:
* log on to the computer
* can't hook up to the printer (PY-Maslow)

Can someone please take a look tomorrow morning? 

I HAVE THE KEYS TO LET THE TECH INTO THE OFFICE. 
PLEASE FIND LINDA KUNZE FOR ACCESS TO THE ROOM. I
WILL BE AVAILABLE ALL DAY ON TUESDAY.

Tried her line and no answer.  Talked with Linda
and she had contact with her about it a couple
days ago and everything was working fine again!

called the main desk (88344) to ask if she's been
around.  They don't expect to see her till monday
the 28th and she can verify then.

I noticed that the account was disabled in AD.  
She did not get a new arrival notice to be re-
activated. McEvelly fixed the account.  She may 
need to change her password.

The network connection is totally fine -- logged
in and connected no problem.

The issue might be in her account (I've seen other
nursing people have similar issues).  Tried to add
her as an admin to check this, but the username
wasn't recognized.  Might it have to do with that?

Whatever tech went over and looked at it did not
update this service request.  She is not in the
office and no one is there to let me in.  
I see a lot of traffic going to and from its IP
address and I can ping it just fine, so it is not
a network port issue

McEvilly believes that there is a bad network
connection in Todd 337, which is why Roseann is
unable to log in to that computer after recently
switching rooms. She is able to successfully log
into Portal on her personal devices, so her
information is correct in the system. Her new
contact number is (88374).
