She called and does have her charger to her
laptop. She will be in on Wednesday(9/9)to pick up
her laptop. She was not sure around what time she
could make it here to pick it up.

I live over an hour away, and I won't be back 
on campus until my actual laptop is ready to be 
picked up. It isn't worth it to drive back to 
campus just to pick up a different loaner.

The loaner laptop that Natalie received has a 
"Service Battery" error message and only holds 
about a 15 minute charge. I have emailed her 
back and am waiting on a response to retrieve 
the WOU number.
