Fixed a print driver behind the scenes and was
able to have the printer only print in color.
Called her and notified her that she should be
able to only print in color and to let us know if
she has problems.

She called in stating that she has asked for this
printer to print only in color all of the time and
she has requested this multiple times and its
still printing in black and white at times. She
would like it to be done correctly this time. She
is available all day today and tomorrow.

John and I spent a while looking at the problem, 
turns out on the network there was an option under 
"predefined configurations" that wasn't allowing 
anyone to touch the black and white settings. That 
setting has been changed and the problem should now 
be resolved. I emailed Linda to let her know.

Hello~ We have a color printer in Todd 317.  
For some reason it is not printing in color.  

Can someone assist?  I have checked ... we have 
plenty of "color" sticks in the machine and 
I've checked the printer settings.  Looks all 
good, but it's still not printing in color.
